Preethy is the Records Retrieval Manager at Bolster Legal, bringing over 15 years of experience in relationship management and more than 5 years of specialized expertise within the firm. She holds a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) from Sikkim Manipal University and has successfully supported hundreds of clients through the complete customer journey, from initial engagement to final handover, while consistently driving internal efficiency and service quality.

At Bolster Legal, Preethy leads the records retrieval division, overseeing all aspects of document acquisition and data verification. Her team handles case reviews, initiates timely requests, and conducts thorough follow-ups with key sources such as police stations, ambulance services, ER departments, radiology centres, and physicians. Every record retrieval process is executed with full HIPAA and HITECH compliance, supported by proper authorization protocols and rigorous quality checks.

The team led by Preethy is highly proficient with leading Case Management Systems including CasePeer, Filevine, SmartAdvocate, and TrialWorks, and play a critical role in claim setup as well. By obtaining claim numbers, adjuster details, and insurer contact information, while facilitating insurance correspondence and intake follow-through.

Preethy’s role also extends to lien negotiations head, from case closeout procedures to generating disbursement letters with seamless QuickBooks integration. An excellent negotiator! She also actively leads the subrogation support by identifying potential claims, collecting supporting evidence, and engaging with insurance companies to secure favorable outcomes, including litigation coordination when necessary.
