Over the past five years, she has progressed through roles as an HR Executive and HR Generalist, managing recruitment cycles, policy implementation, employee records, and statutory compliance across teams. Today, as HR Manager at Bolster, she oversees end-to-end HR functions, ensuring that all labor law compliances are met, policies are consistently implemented, documentation is maintained accurately, and employee engagement initiatives are actively driven.
