At Bolster Legal, our Medical Summary division, led by Sabeena, is dedicated to producing clear, accurate, and well-structured medical summaries that attorneys can rely on for case strategy and settlement evaluation. We understand that medical records often form the backbone of Personal Injury and workers’ compensation cases, so our processes are built to ensure clinical accuracy, consistency, and timely delivery.

A B.Com graduate with nearly 20 years of experience in medical transcription and medico-legal documentation, Sabeena brings deep expertise in clinical terminology, record interpretation, and structured summarization. She has been an integral part of Bolster Legal since July 2019, where she now leads the Medical Summary team, managing a group of 24 professionals while maintaining strict quality and turnaround standards.

Our review workflows include multi-level quality checks, standardized summary formats, and ongoing training in medical documentation practices. Sabeena prepares detailed monthly performance reports, refines workflows to improve productivity, and assigns cases strategically based on complexity and team strengths. She also oversees onboarding, mentors team members toward performance benchmarks, and resolves escalations quickly to keep time-sensitive cases on track.
