Chandrakala is the Intake Manager at Bolster Legal, bringing over 11 years of extensive experience in the Legal Process Outsourcing (LPO). With a B.A. degree and a strong background in legal support, operations, and team leadership, she plays a pivotal role in managing and optimizing intake processes that form the foundation of efficient case management.

Since joining Bolster Legal in 2020, Chandrakala has led the Intake Management Team with precision, overseeing the seamless creation and organization of case files, referral management, CMS transitions, and client onboarding. Under her leadership, the team ensures accurate data collection, document preparation, email management and calendaring empowering law firms to maintain organized records and meet critical deadlines with confidence.

Throughout her career, Chandrakala has been consistently recognized for her performance and dedication, earning accolades such as Best Performer and the title of Legal Manager of the Year 2024.
