Her early career as a Junior Advocate at the Gauhati High Court involved drafting and presenting a wide range of civil and criminal matters, equipping her with a sharp understanding of legal nuances. Since joining Bolster Legal in 2020 as a Legal Associate, Sulogna has worked extensively with U.S. attorneys, particularly in personal injury and employment law, contributing to both pre-litigation and litigation phases.

Now, as Production Manager, she oversees end-to-end legal service delivery—managing workflows, ensuring quality control, and aligning teams for optimal performance.
