Job Description:
• Work closely with clients on case management systems they use.
• Receive case instructions from the Client and work on various tasks independently.
• Draft legal correspondences following firm’s template.
• Prepare demand letters conforming to standard templates.
• Aid the Client during discovery phase with both propounding and responding.
• Work with clients to obtain information, draft discovery responses with organized exhibits, submit to handling attorney at least 48 hours prior to deadline for review, and implement attorney feedback.
• Prepare various notices of taking depositions and/or subpoenas.
• Draft page-line deposition summaries from deposition transcripts.
• Conduct legal research and gather relevant information to the case.
• Provide assistance with trial preparations.
• Perform administrative duties if required.
• Preform any other tasks depending on the needs.
• Coordinate with other staff and also fill in for other staff as necessary.

• Bachelor’s Law Degree
• At least 3-6 months of litigation internship experience
